Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During long holiday, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes & Fees

Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we rely on our courier partners for delivery, we are here to ensure your order reaches you safely. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please let us know immediately via our Contact Form. We will take full ownership of the investigation and work closely with the courier to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
