Do I need to use all three products together?

No. Each product can be used on its own or alongside the skincare and haircare you already use. Together, they simply offer a more complete recovery ritual.

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

Enter your promo code in the “Discount” box at checkout. Only one promo code can be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be added after an order is placed and have no cash value.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, your ritual can reach you. From our home in New Zealand to ocean lovers across Australia, North America, Asia, Europe, and beyond.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?

We process all orders with intention within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • New Zealand: 2–3 business days (Rural 5–7)
  • Australia & USA: 3–10 business days
  • Asia & Canada: 4–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

While we rely on our courier partners, we are here to ensure your ritual reaches you safely. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please reach out via our Contact Form — we will take full ownership of the enquiry and follow up with the courier on your behalf until it’s resolved.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

It depends on your location:

  • Australia & United States: All duties and taxes are included. There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
  • International (UK, Europe, Canada, etc.): Orders may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

My parcel is delayed or missing — what should I do?

While we rely on our courier partners for delivery, we are here to ensure your order reaches you safely. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please let us know immediately via our Contact Form.

We will take full ownership of the investigation and work closely with the courier to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. As our team works quickly to process all orders within one business day, please reach out to us as soon as possible via our Contact Form.
